This Cancellation and Refund policy describes our policies and procedures for the cancellation and refund of your order. All times mentioned in this policy refer to UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).

2.1 Service Plans
One-Time Payment Service
- Our standard service involves a one-time payment for accessing premium features
- Users can access the purchased content immediately after payment
- No cancellation needed as there is no recurring charge
- Access remains permanent after purchase
- Data associated with your account remains available as per our Data Retention Policy
Recurring Enterprise Subscription
- Enterprise plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the account dashboard
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle
- For annual subscriptions, prorated refunds may be available upon request
- No partial refunds for monthly subscription periods
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following circumstances:
For One-Time Payments:
- Request is made within 14 days of purchase
- The service does not deliver the promised premium features as described
- Significant technical issues prevent service usage (defined below)
For Enterprise Subscriptions:
- Request is made within 7 days of the start of a new billing cycle
- Significant technical issues prevent service usage (defined below)
3.2 Definition of Significant Technical Issues
Technical issues qualify for refund if they meet any of these criteria:
- Inability to access the service dashboard for more than 24 consecutive hours
- Persistent failure (>24 hours) to generate cost estimates or analysis reports
- Complete inability to access premium features you’ve paid for
- Service errors preventing core functionality that remain unresolved for over 24 hours after reporting
3.3 Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@appcost.ai
- Include your account details and order information
- Provide a description of the issue you’re experiencing
- Submit relevant evidence (screenshots, error messages) if applicable
- Submit your request within the eligible timeframe
3.4 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method
- You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed
3.5 Fraud Prevention
- Multiple refund requests from the same user or organization may be subject to review
- We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of apparent abuse or fraud
- Accounts associated with fraudulent refund requests may be suspended
4. Data Handling After Cancellation
- Premium features data (cost estimates, analysis reports) might be deleted upon cancellation
- Essential records like payment history will be retained as required by law
